As a born and raised St. Louisan, I have a deep care and commitment to our city. Having grown up in a low-income family, I have a unique tapestry of experience that informs my worldview. I’ve lived all across the city from Bevo Mill, Dutchtown, and most recently Tower Grove South to Walnut Park and Columbus Square. First hand I have seen the inequality that is so starkly present in our city.

With my experience in local government over the last four years, the inefficiency and inequality of our funding and governance systems. Perpetuated by a charter adopted in 1914, that’s no way to continue to run a city over a century later-government restructuring is a necessary step to the future success of our city.

In my free time, when not working on policy or volunteering for local organizations I enjoy spending time with my two cats Olive and Pimento (who love snacks and sunbathing). You can also find me enjoying a walk or run around Tower Grove Park (an institution for 163+ years!!!), or visiting a resturant along Morgan Ford or South Grand.

I look forward to working with my community to continue to build our great city, restore our sense of self-pride, and improve service delivery and trust in government.
